Benjamin's Baptism

Ben had a very special day on Saturday!!  He got baptized at our church! He did so good through the ceremony, he didn't even cry when he got the water poured over him! Then it was time for his nap, he was out the rest of the ceremony until we got home.  Since he was asleep after we were not able to get pictures of us with the Deacon but we got some after at home.  He looked adorable in his white suit and little shoes!!!  We are so happy for our little boy!! After the ceremony we had everyone over for a celebration!  It was a wonderful day!!!

Ben has his 1st Boo-boo

So Alli was over a year old before she got her first boo-boo.  With Ben that's a different story.  I feel so bad about this but since I had the pictures to describe it I figured I would share.  Alli, Ben and I were playing on the floor.

This sweet little girl was spinning around in circles with her pig and before I could cover his face... bam it hit him.

  He cried for a second and I put ice on it now he's fine. Except he has a cut on his eye. Poor baby! 



Happy Anniversary Grammy and Grampy!!!

My parents have been married 38 years today!!  So we wanted to wish them a Happy Anniversary!! 
Thank you for being such wonderful parents and a great example for us kids!!!  We love you!!

Memorial Day Weekend!

I know this post is really late but I wanted to post these pictures so I could remember it. We went over to Grammy and Grampy's to swim and hang out then we went to Twisted Root Burger for dinner.  We did this last year so we tried to replicate the same picture as last year.  Alli was a little tired from all the swimming and playing so it wasn't that easy.

This Year...

Last year!

18 Months old!!!

Where did that time go? Alli is already a year and a half old!!! She is really starting to act like a big kid! She talks all the time, she will repeat most things you ask her, she is now sleeping with a stuffed animal, she has gone poop on the potty (only because she was making her face and I put her there, I don't think she is full on ready for potty training) and she is throwing tantrums!!  She is still the sweetest girl!! We love her so much!!!

18 month stats:
Weight: 26lbs- 73%
Height: 33 3/4in- 95%
Head: 18 3/4 in- 79%

4 Months old!!!

This post is just about 3 weeks late but I still had to do it.  Ben turned 4 months old on the 14th of May! He is getting so big!!  And he is so much fun!!  I love spending my days with him and Alli!!  He loves to watch Alli play and even tries to join in when he can!  Alli loves him too! She is always giving him kisses and hugs! We love him so much!!!  He smiles all the time (except when hungry or tired) and rolls all over the place, he is also doing a semi- army crawl (he pushes with legs and then just scoots forward).

4 month stats:
Weight: 15lbs 8.7ozs- 61%
Height: 25in- 51%
Head: 16 7/8in- 65%
