Cricket's Baptism

Yesterday was a great day for Allison...she got baptized! She was so good during the ceremony!  She didn't cry when Monsignor poured the water over her head or when he rubbed the oil in her hair.  She just looked at him with an adorable stare.  She was enamored with the long white dress that she had on and couldn't have looked cuter.  She did an awesome job and we couldn't be happier for our baby girl!


Then after the ceremony we had everyone over for a celebration! It was a wonderful day! Here are some of the many pictures we took!

It was a big day...time for some rest!

4 Months old!!!

Last week we took Cricket to her 4 month checkup. I can't believe its already been 4 months since she has been here!  She had to get her shots again and this time she did not like it. When we got there, she was smiling and laughing at the nurses.  Then they gave her the shots and she let the whole office know that she did not like it! After a minute or so she was fine and smiling and laughing again. Here are some pictures of our sweet little 4 month old girl!  Her stats are:

Weight - 15lbs 4ozs - 80th percentile

Height - 25 and 3/4 inches - 91st percentile

Happy Birthday Kinley!!

Allison, Nina and I went to our friend Kinley's "ABC" or "K is for Kinley" 1st birthday party!!! Cricket had so much fun seeing all the other kids there!  And my friend Lindsay did awesome with keeping the theme of the party.  She had ABC's everywhere and everyone had shirts with their initials on it, it was so cute!!!!  Here are some pictures of the party.

Cricket's 1st Easter

Cricket's first Easter was a great one!!  We went to Church, came home and Cricket got to find her Easter basket (well, we gave it to her.. she just got to look in it!), she played with her toys for a bit then we were off to brunch with Grammy, Grampy, Uncle Jim, Aunt Sarah, Uncle Dave and all the kids, Nanna, Aunt Amy and Uncle Justin, Emma and Jack (Emma and Jack weren'e feeling that great so we don't have pictures of them - hope they are feeling better now!). Then after brunch we went to Grammy and Grampy's house where we went swimming!! - yes, that's right I said swiming in April...  Grampy heated the pool for a week before Easter so that we could go swiming - this is kind of a tradition for us!!  Cricket loved it!!! - we are going to have a fun summer in the pool!! Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter!!!!

It is so cute to see Allison and Scott together! He is so great with her and she just loves hanging out with her Daddy!  When she sees him she gets a big smile on her face, the only thing bigger is the smile on Scott's face!! I just have to share some of the pictures I have of my wonderful husband and his little girl!
